Why Hire a Lactation Consultant?

An IBCLC, or an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, has attained the highest level of expertise in breastfeeding management. A consultation is not rushed, and takes place in the comfort of your own home. We gladly serve Central Pennsylvania, including but not limited to Centre County, Blair County, Clearfield County, and Huntingdon County. Your needs are our focus. Many breastfeeding problems can be resolved with 1-2 visits. This investment can save your family in the long run. Formula can cost over $2000 per year. 1 visit with an IBCLC is just 5% of this cost.
Using formula will increase your baby’s risk of illness, leading to the expense of doctor’s appointments, Rx medications, and time off work. Think of how much you will spend on a crib, a stroller or a car seat. Isn’t your baby’s health worth it?
